Manager – E-Business Process

Job Description

• Responsible for the complete marketing automation business process – CRM, Sales Force Applications, Channel Management Applications, Chatbot, E-Commerce etc.
• Spearhead all aspects related to the system implementation in all marketing applications.
• Performing various analysis on business processes related to productivity and usage of all digital processes and monitoring the implemented changes.
• Requirement gathering for the new business process or process amendments and coordinating with the application development team – Finalizing the Commercials – solution delivery – UAT – Implementation.
• Presenting progress report and integrating feedback.
• Monitoring the Employees system adherence and usage of the same.
• Scaling-up the application usage with proper training tools to the respective application users.
• Innovate and adopt the process automation in all applications based on data analysis or input from the stakeholders – Research competitors or other industry practice.
• Appointing and managing the agencies and consultants for various application development.
• Lead and motivate members of the E-Business process team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Male candidates with strong functional knowledge on the automation of business process and metrics along with leadership qualities, innovative, good communication and quick decision making.

Qualification and Experience

• Post Graduate or Graduate with good exposure on managing various system application or e-business process with specific to marketing functions and having of 5 years& Above experience.
