Job Description

CRI Pumps, a leading name in innovative solutions for the pump industry, is looking for dynamic Channel Managers to drive network development and sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and expand market reach, focusing on distributor, dealer, sub-dealer, and retailer networks in the agriculture and residential segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and manage a network of distributors, dealers, sub-dealers, retailers, and mediators.
  • Achieve product-wise sales targets and enhance market share.
  • Plan and execute promotional and advertising activities to improve brand visibility.
  • Develop and implement business strategies for counters and markets.
  • Lead and manage a field-level sales force to strengthen the network.
  • Conduct extensive travel across the assigned territory.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Engineering or Management graduate.
  • Strong communication skills and innovative thinking.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams effectively.
  • Strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Channel Management.
  • Relevant industry experience in Pumps, Automobiles, Pipes, or any Engineering Industry.

Job Location

  • Reporting to: Region Manager – Marketing
  • Extensive travel required within the assigned region.

  • Male candidates preferred with strong team-building qualities.
  • Candidates must own a laptop for reporting activities.
  • Salary and benefits will be based on qualifications and experience, with no constraints for deserving candidates.
